Badges earned in the App represent engagement with educational content. They do not certify competency, replace formal certification programs, or satisfy any regulatory training requirements under WorkSafe BC.
All content in the App — including safety resources, course materials, tool guides, images, and software — is owned by BCCSA or its content licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The App may link to external websites including WorkSafe BC, government publications, and BCCSA course portals. BCCSA is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BCCSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to workplace injuries, regulatory penalties, or data loss.
BCCSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@bccsa.ca.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
